All three instalments of this trilogy are targeted at the same progressive learning level. While there is no significant increase in difficulty thoughout the trilogy, each part is successively longer and more complex.

Since this trilogy tells one sprawling tale over the course of three books it's important to read them in the right sequence, starting off with Genowrin which introduces main characters and core interactive mechanics, then Shanima and last Targarax.
